We will do our best to communicate and work with you on any issues to get it resolved.

You will need to use the contact form and send us as much information as possible.

We will also reimburse any delivery costs occurred by yourself after the item has been received & inspected.

Refunds will take between 5-10 working days to reach your account once processed.

Order Processing;

After purchasing your order will be processed after 2-3 working days, depending on the type of order delivery times vary between 1-3 weeks.

​Delivery to all of south wales and M4 corridor will be delivered using our in-house delivery service.

Anywhere else we use a third party courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be provided and sent via email where you can track your order.
